The Parent Support Group (PSG) of Sekolah Victory Plus, through its Care Commission, successfully carried out its annual social activity on Wednesday, 25 February 2026. The activity took the form of a visit and donation program to Rumah Singgah Teduh Suryo and Rumah Singgah Pejuang Hati.
Rumah Singgah Teduh Suryo and Pejuang Hati serves as a temporary shelter for children ranging from infants to 18 years old who are suffering from serious illnesses. Most of the children come from underprivileged families outside Jakarta and represent diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds. The social activity provided by PSG helps ensure that patients and their families can stay safely while undergoing regular or intensive medical treatment at hospitals in Jakarta, as well as assist with ongoing medical expenses.
In preparation for the social activity, PSG invited parents of Sekolah Victory Plus to participate by contributing donations in the form of essential items needed by the children. Donation collection took place from 2 to 13 February 2026 at the SVP lobby. Items collected included specialized milk formula and diapers for young patients, which are crucial to supporting their daily needs during treatment.
This social activity reflected the strong spirit of compassion and solidarity within the SVP community. Through this initiative, PSG aimed not only to provide material support, but also to foster empathy, social awareness, and a sense of shared responsibility among families at Sekolah Victory Plus. This annual program reaffirms PSG’s commitment to extending care beyond the school environment and making a meaningful contribution to communities in need.
