At Sekolah Victory Plus Bekasi, we believe in celebrating not only academic achievements but also the process of learning itself. A Learning Celebration is an opportunity for students to showcase what they have learned, reflect on their personal growth, and share their insights with the broader community.

This year, Grade 5 students took part in a Learning Celebration that highlighted their exploration of the “How We Express Ourselves” Unit of Inquiry. This unit centered on the idea that films can reflect and shape society, guiding students to investigate the power of storytelling, cinematography, and the societal impact of film.

A Dynamic Performance

The learning celebration began with an engaging performance in Pandawa Hall, where students kicked off the day by showcasing their wonderful acts. They captivated the audience with their energy, setting the stage for a deeper dive into their inquiry journey.

Student Films: A Creative Showcase

During this learning celebration, parents witnessed the results of weeks of hard work: student-created films. These films were not just projects; they were reflections of the students’ understanding of how film influences and reflects societal norms, emotions, and values. From thought-provoking narratives to creative visual storytelling, the students used their films to share their personal interpretations and insights, turning their ideas into powerful visual stories.
