From April 12-13, 2025, Sekolah Victory Plus, an International school in Indonesia proudly hosted SVP MUN, a two-day Model United Nations event that brought together delegates from 85 schools across Indonesia and beyond. This immersive simulation gave students an unforgettable opportunity to step into the shoes of global diplomats and tackle some of today’s most pressing international issues.
Building Global Citizenship Through Model United Nations
As an International Baccalaureate School in Indonesia, SVP believes in nurturing students to be open-minded, knowledgeable, and caring individuals. Through Model United Nations, participants were challenged to think beyond borders, explore diverse perspectives, and propose solutions that reflect real-world diplomacy. This experience is at the heart of what it means to grow as a global citizen.

Enhancing Critical Thinking and Communication Skills
Throughout the MUN sessions, students actively researched global topics and confidently presented their country’s stance. From speeches to discussions, every moment of Model United Nations helped sharpen their public speaking, argumentation, and critical thinking skills—essential tools for any future leader.
